"Turn, Turn, Turn" is the first episode of the 11th season of 7th Heaven. It was the first episode of the series to air on the CW network after being renewed last-minute just days after the intended series finale, And Thank You aired on May 8, 2006.

Having lost her pregnancy over the summer, an emotionally unstable Lucy convinces Eric to let her deliver the Sunday sermon, but she ends up publicly blaming Kevin and everyone in her family for what happened. Meanwhile, Martin expresses his romantic intentions to Sandy, who may still have feelings for Simon, and tells her that he wants to spend more time with her and their infant son. Sandy reveals that she has recently switched majors and wants to become a minister, a prospect that upsets Lucy who feels like Sandy is intruding on her turf. Jewel makes a cameo as the Camden's neighbor whose voice lulls Savannah to sleep every night.

  • This is the first episode of 7th Heaven to air following the show's surprising resurrection in 2006.
  • Tyler Hoechlin returns in this episode after being absent during the second half of last season.

  • This is the first episode of the series that Mackenzie Rosman did not appear in. This is also the first set of opening credits without her.
  • Tyler Hoechlin and Haylie Duff shot their scenes in New York City, given that Haylie was still performing in the broadway production Hairspray. To accomodate Haylie, Producers spent a lot of money to get a Temporary set built to be a replica of the apartment set used in actual filming.
