"Just You Wait And See" is the sixth episode of the 4th season of 7th Heaven. On its original airing, this episode scored 7.44 million viewers.

Synopsis[]

Eric and Annie put on their counseling hats when a very pregnant Julie appears on their doorstep prepared to leave her new husband Hank. Eric decides to take Hank out to dinner to discuss their issues. While they are at dinner, a very pregnant Julie goes into early labor. Unable to transport her to the hospital because Simon and Mary are out to dinner and Lucy is on a date, Annie has to try to calm down a very pregnant Julie until they can get her to the hospital. Lucy's date ends up being disappointing because he expects her act more like 'the man'. Meanwhile, Simon catches the eye of an older female admirer even though Mary tries stop him. Lastly, Ruthie manages keep a secret hidden during all this commotion.

  • Both Chaz Lamar Shepherd (John Hamilton) and Maureen Flannigan (Shana) does not appear in this episode.
  • The end of this episode credits, this was said: "In memory of our dear friend 'J.J.' John Palmieri 1949-1999". John worked as a sound editor on the show.

  • According to the information on Lucy's license, the Camden family lives at 527 Alta Road in Glenoak, California. Lucy's date of birth is January 22, 1983, while Beverley Mitchell's date of birth is January 22, 1981.

Goofs & Errors[]

  • Continuity error: It was mentioned in an earlier episode that Lucy had been conceived on Valentine's Day, which would mean her birthday would be around November. However, in "With a Little Help from My Friends", Lucy celebrates her 13th birthday, which would mean she was born in 1984. In later episodes, her birthday is clarified to be in 1983. In "I Really Do" (2002), Matt says she is 19.
