"Good News For Almost Everyone" was the twenty-first episode of the 11th season of 7th Heaven. On its original airing, the episode scored a 2.91 million viewers.
Plot[]
Eric and Annie rush to the hospital after Eric wakes up with a good feeling about his heart condition. Unsure whether her parents are at the hospital due to good news or bad news, Lucy is a bundle of nerves, and it's up to Kevin to keep her thinking positively as they wait for news. T-Bone and Ruthie decide to get back together, but Martin hopes to change Ruthie's mind when he reveals that he's in love with her as well.

- At the end of this episode Lucy and Kevin announce that they are expecting another baby

- One of Eric's guardian angels, whom he met during his brief time in "heaven" in the episode Christmas!, makes an appearance when she walks by Lucy in the hospital waiting room and smiles at her.
