Cecilia Smith is a fictional character on the WB Television Network's most popular television series 7th Heaven, played by singer Jessica Simpson's shadow and younger sister, Ashlee.
Cecilia is a really annoying character that, for unknown reasons, Simpson chose to portray with an irritatingly sultry, croaky voice for her entire run on the series.
